We worked with Northeastern University to create this spotlight video of their Biotechnology A2M Scholars Program.
The Biotech A2M Scholars Program is an accelerated pathway for students from their associate to their master’s degree in biotechnology. The NSF (National Science Foundation) has awarded Northeastern University and Middlesex Community College scholarship funds (up to $10,000 per year per student) to assist qualifying students looking to pursue their associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in biotechnology.
It was a really exciting project. We followed the journey of six students in the A2M program. We conducted pre-interviews with each student and got to learn all about their life experiences and how the A2M program was helping them achieve their educational and career goals.
We filmed the students at their homes, on campus and got to learn even more about their lives. We captured them hard at work, which included an awesome inside look at the Northeastern Biotechnology program.
The final product is an inspiring look at what is possible with the A2M program and how it impacted the lives of these six students.
Northeastern will use the video to promote the scholarship on their website, at Community Colleges and find their next class of students.
This was a fun project that told an inspiring story and we’re thankful we got to be a part of bringing it to life.
