Laura describes the new conscious brands as responsive and responsible.

Conscious brands listen to their audience. They make changes based on the desires, moods, and culture of the consumer.

They are also more responsible. They help people, partner with organizations, and strive to positively impact the planet through their work.

Strong brands relate to their customer base on a personal and emotional level. This connection and understanding help build loyalty and trust, which is what every brand strives for.
